It has taken me nine months to find the fortitude to write you after I was a part of the audience at your OLLI Speaker Series dramatic presentation via Zoom on Ethics & Accountability on January 23 of this year and was confronted with your harrowing tale. For all this time, I have been so perplexed and dumbfounded as to what I would write you. In the early 2000s when I interviewed, trained and soon observed your wonderful teaching skills and rapport with the law students and legal writing faculty at St. Thomas University School of Law, it had been such a special delight to appreciate your legal skills and knowledge, knowing your future was as bright as your past had been.
It takes a strong person to own up to her mistakes as you have done and to strive to overcome the enormous repercussions.
I sincerely wish you the best,
